I've used logitech, dell, Razer, and Steelseries keyboards and I can confidently say that the MEKA G1 keyboard is my favorite. I used the 7G Keyboard from Steelseries and my main problem with that was that the keys are too hard to press. The MEKA G1 solves this issue - its keys are incredibly responsive and require very little strength to press. It's hard to describe how helpful this is, especially when you're gaming for 5-6 hours, it relieves a lot of stress.The design and layout are simple and efficient as well. There aren't a lot of fancy bells and whistles, you get a nice clean feel when using it. Overall, this keyboard is great and I'd recommend it to anyone! I would of expect at least a good 6 months before the printing starts to fade away,but they are not laser etched and most likely fading is in order, but not this soon. If you are keyboard lover you know what I'm talking of, I would have no problem paying extra $20-$30 for this board if it came with PBT keycaps and dyesublimated legends, not expecting doubleshots since those are kinda pricey and will trow off the Meka G1 out of competing zone in the $90-$120 price range. Board was $92 when i bought it wouldnt mind paying $130 for dyesublimated PBT keycaps on the board. |
