Right out of the box, it's set to Xbox 360; just change the mode to work for PS3/PC by holding on to the turbo button (left button all the way at the top) and plugging it to any usb port to switch. It will stay on that mode forever, until you change it again by doing the same thing.As for the performance, it's solid. I have no problems executing moves with this stick. The buttons feel a little cheap and loose, but I'm not concern since you can just easily replace them with better buttons. There is however one annoying thing I don't like about this arcade stick and that's the button setup. For most arcade sticks, the buttons (left to right) starts with X-Y-A-B (Square-Triangle-X-O on PS3) and then the right and left bumper/trigger buttons.
