| Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: AudioFX Pro 5+1 by BenHeck (Electronics) Well the price is definitely right for these headphones, they are dirt cheap and do their job well. The sound is great and the mic is clear.Unfortunately, the construction is rather poor. After only a few days of owning these, the left headphone snapped off. Luckily I was able to open it up and reseat the headphone to the headband, but a part of it snapped off and I have to handle it very carefully to keep the headphone from coming back off. Were there supposed to be lights on the sides of the headphones? Mine have never lit up. What does "force feedback" even mean? Also the volume is messed up, the minimum volume is a tad loud, and all the louder ones hurt my ears. Bottom line: this is a cool pair of headphones for a cheap price, but you'll have to baby them to keep them from breaking. Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: AudioFX Pro 5+1 by BenHeck (Electronics) I am not sure exactly way but sometimes the orientation of sound is reverted. Meaning that what you are supposed to hear in left side is routed to the right speaker. This makes your gaming confusing specially when playing online. I am not sure if this has to do with the it's driver or Windows 7. Not done that much research yet. The product is nice however the covers for the cushions are extremely weak. You would need to treat them even with more care that any fragile crystal in your house to prevent or reduce the risk of ripping them apart.Nevertheless once you do some tweaking the surround experience is deep, the quality of sound is impressive. The overall experience is very good. Now, when it comes to directional sound this is not that clear as a 5.1 system. However it is good enough to give you a more immersive experience since it would let you hear more sounds than a regular 5.1 system. The only way to hear all these sound in your receiver would be o set up your volume to... Seller offered to replace them but that seemed like a hassle. This refurbished item was far from "like new" but prob not worth sending back. The sound in-game is good despite the lack of aesthetics. I would upload a picture, but it seems I can only upload video... If you are interested, comment on this review and let me know how to upload a picture of the damage and I will.
